TGE (Token Generation Event)
Token launch day — airdrop claim, CEX listing, trading begins.
TGE (Token Generation Event) — the day a token launches. This is the most anticipated moment for farmers — finally a payout.
What happens at TGE
1. Snapshot finalized — recipient list locked.
2. Claim opens — users go to the project site and claim tokens.
3. CEX listing — token appears on Binance/Bybit/OKX.
4. Trading starts — price floats.
What to do on TGE day
- Claim immediately — some projects have a window (24-72 hours).
- Decide: sell or hold — first hours usually peak, then drops.
- Don't FOMO — most airdrops lose 50-80% of value in the first month.
Sell strategies
- Sell all immediately — guaranteed profit.
- Sell 50%, hold 50% — in case of 10x.
- DCA out — sell in parts over a week.
⚠️ Don't go all-in on one token.
